Fuel Masters lose to E-Painters for the second time in a row.
PBA Recap Highlights, RAIN or Shine won 113-104 on Friday night in the PBA on Tour at the Ynares Center in Antipolo, snapping Phoenix's two-game winning streak and beginning its own 2-0 run on PBA Recap Highlights.
The Elasto Painters followed up their 117-93 victory over NLEX in the first game with a decisive 41-24 outburst in the third quarter that gave them a 13-point lead. From that point on, they held fast to win the game.
Following ROS' loss of control to the Fuel Masters in the second canto, Rey Nambatac, Nick Demusis, and Anton Asistio all made significant plays during that time to regain it.
Caracut led a balanced scoring effort with 15 points on 7 of 8 attempts, followed by Nick Demusis (15), Nambatac (14), Santi Santillan (13-11), and Asistio (11).
For coach Yeng Guiao, 11 of the 12 active cagers scored at least four points, with the exception of Gabe Norwood, who went scoreless.
